I was honored to complete a family room addition and attached two car garage for this couple. The owner built this house himself 40 years ago doing much of the labor himself, including laying the block foundation! A 14 x 20' family room and 22 x 22' garage with attic storage and two decks were added to this traditional cape cod in the country.
